Apply 3 coats of clear primer to the prepared suface, followed by 3-4 coats of colour varnish and 3-5 coats of clear finishing varnish.Each coat must be allowed to dry thoroughly before the top suface layer can be rubbed down with a dry cloth before smoothing the surface with tripoli powder and water on a clean cloth.
