A lovely 3/4 size Maidstone violin completely refurbished and suitable for a younger player looking for something better than run-of-the-mill school instruments.
Maidstone violins were imported by Murdoch, Murdoch and Co in London to allow more pupils to learn violin. They were well made German violins of decent quality which are still popular. This example dates from the 1920's and is fitted with rosewood pegs, Wittner fine-tuning tailpiece and Lenzner Protos strings.
